In the face of rapid advancements in generative AI, AIoT, and intelligent management technologies, as well as the multiple challenges of geopolitical instability, global supply chain disruptions, and economic uncertainty in recent years, business decision-makers and managers must make quick and accurate judgments and adapt swiftly. The School of Management at National Taipei University of Business (NTUB) is committed to cultivating management professionals with foresight and practical skills.  With "practical application" as its core philosophy, the school integrates artificial intelligence applications, sustainable business management, and an international perspective to cultivate well-rounded management professionals with digital literacy, agile thinking, and cross-disciplinary integration capabilities. NTUB's School of Management continuously strengthens industry-academia collaboration and digital transformation education, ensuring that students can navigate the rapidly changing global environment confidently and become key drivers of future industry development.

Adhering to the core principle of "practical application" in vocational education, the NTUB's School of Management is dedicated to cultivating business management professionals with professional practical skills and humanistic qualities. The school focuses on cultivating practical management professionals with high character, an international perspective, and sound business decision-making abilities. It currently offers undergraduate programs in Business Administration and Information Management, as well as a Master's program in Information and Decision Science, providing a comprehensive learning framework from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.

The School of Management uses five core competencies as its teaching benchmarks: "Practical Skills," "Innovation and Diversity," "Character Leadership," "Service Learning," and "Digital Literacy."  It emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, incorporating digital transformation and sustainability elements to cultivate students' competitiveness in facing modern industry challenges.
